The lease contract is payable each year or 3 years in advance, if paid in advance the landlord can provide a long term contract of 25 years. The landlord guarantees no increase in the price for the first 3 years. The lease rental is 400,000 baht per year. Annual receipts are around 2 million baht with a net profit around 350,000 baht.
